The Local Government & Community Development Department South Punjab in Multan, Punjab invites sealed proposals for the hiring of consultancy services for Third Party Validation (TPV). This project focuses on the validation of various development schemes including the construction of PCC streets, tuff tile installations, and drainage systems across South Punjab. The procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Least Cost Selection method. Eligible consultancy firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and relevant tax authorities to participate in the bidding process. The scope includes rigorous monitoring and physical verification of civil works to ensure transparency and quality in public infrastructure projects. Interested firms can obtain the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents from the office of the Section Officer (Procurement) upon payment of a non-refundable fee. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate envelopes as part of the single stage two envelope procedure.
