Description / Scope of Work
The Quetta Electric Supply Company in Quetta, Balochistan invites electronic bids through the e-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System for various civil works at the 132kV Dera Allah Yar Grid Station. This project encompasses the construction of an overhead water tank, an underground tank, a Masjid, and a bitumen road. The procurement follows a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure and is open to firms registered on EPADS with a valid Pakistan Engineering Council license for 2025-2026 in category C-5 or above. Eligible bidders must also be active taxpayers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and the Balochistan Revenue Authority for Provincial Sales Tax. The scope of work includes earthwork, sub-base and base course construction, and the installation of a plant-mixed bituminous carpet. Detailed technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 28 May 2026, with the public opening of technical bids scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day
