The Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab in Murree, Punjab invites sealed bids for the hiring of professional management services for the resort and water park located at the Chair Lift and Cable Car project in Patriata. The scope of work involves the comprehensive operational management, maintenance, and administrative oversight of the tourism facilities to ensure high standards of hospitality and visitor safety. This project is a significant initiative to enhance the recreational infrastructure in the region. Interested firms must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and possess extensive experience in the hospitality or theme park management sectors. Bidding documents, which detail the technical specifications and evaluation criteria, can be obtained from the TDCP head office in Lahore upon payment of the required tender fee. The procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules to ensure a competitive and transparent selection process.
