Description / Scope of Work
The Highways Division Jhelum Valley in Hattian Bala, Federal Government invites sealed tenders from reputed and financially sound firms, authorized dealers, and suppliers for the procurement of various operational assets. The scope of this procurement includes the purchase of high-quality IT equipment, office furniture, fixtures, and specialized machinery and equipment for the financial year 2025-26. All interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and must be on the Active Taxpayers List. Detailed bidding documents containing the technical specifications and terms and conditions can be obtained from the Executive Engineer's office in Jhelum Valley upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee. A bid security amounting to 2% of the total bid value must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt in favor of the Executive Engineer Highways Division Jhelum Valley. Technical and financial proposals prepared in accordance with the tender documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office no later than 11:30 AM on 22 May 2026, where they will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders.
