Description / Scope of Work
The Lahore Development Authority (UD Wing) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the rehabilitation and improvement of the road network and associated civil works. This comprehensive project involves extensive earthwork including excavation and removal of debris, dismantling of existing road metalling and pavement, and the compaction of earth to meet 100% modified AASHTO dry density standards. The scope of work also encompasses the provision and laying of high-quality sub-base and base courses using crushed stone aggregate, ensuring durable road foundations across the designated areas. Bidding is conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) following the Punjab Procurement Rules. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and hold active tax registrations with both the Federal Board of Revenue and the Punjab Revenue Authority. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal by the specified deadline of 10:00 AM on 22 April 2026.
