Description / Scope of Work
The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) UD Wing in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the improvement and rehabilitation of various roads and infrastructure within LDA-controlled schemes and housing societies. This development project aims to enhance the urban transport network and provide better accessibility to residents through the patchwork, resurfacing, and repair of dilapidated road sections. Eligible contractors who are registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and have experience in civil works are encouraged to participate. The scope of work includes the provision of construction materials, labor, and machinery necessary for the timely completion of the road works. Detailed bidding documents containing the bill of quantities, technical specifications, and general conditions of the contract can be obtained from the office of the Chief Engineer, UD Wing LDA. Bids must be prepared following the Single Stage One Envelope procedure and must be accompanied by the requisite bid security. All completed tender documents must be submitted to the LDA office no later than 11:00 AM on 28 May 2026, after which the technical and financial proposals will be opened and processed accordingly.
