Description / Scope of Work
The Lahore Development Authority (UD Wing) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the annual procurement of various office supplies including stationery items, computer consumables, and printer toners. This tender is aimed at reputable firms, companies, and sole proprietors who are registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and are featured on the Active Taxpayers List. The bidding process will be conducted under the Single Stage Envelop bidding procedure as per the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The scope of the contract involves the supply of high-quality office materials to support the administrative functions of the LDA for the upcoming fiscal period. Interested bidders can obtain the complete set of bidding documents from the office of the Deputy Director (Admn) upon payment of a non-refundable fee. All proposals must be accompanied by a bid security of two percent of the estimated price in the form of a CDR or Pay Order. Technical and financial bids must be submitted at the LDA office complex no later than 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026.
