The Superintending Engineer of the Project Management and Implementation Unit for Judicial Works in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids for the construction of judicial complexes and residential accommodations for judicial officers across various districts. The scope of work encompasses major civil construction, including the development of courtrooms, administrative offices, and high-quality residential units equipped with modern amenities and necessary infrastructure. This multi-lot project is aimed at strengthening the judicial infrastructure within the province to ensure a conducive environment for the legal system. Interested contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and the Sindh Revenue Board. Detailed bidding documents containing the specific bill of quantities, technical designs, and terms of contract can be obtained from the PM&IU office upon payment of the non-refundable tender fee. Bidders are required to submit their technical and financial proposals in accordance with the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules. The deadline for bid submission is 12:00 PM on 27 May 2026, with the opening scheduled shortly thereafter in the presence of the procurement committee
