Description / Scope of Work
The Lahore Development Authority in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the procurement of furniture, fixtures, and office equipment for its TEPA Wing. The scope of work is divided into two distinct lots: Lot No. 01 focuses on the purchase of various furniture and fixture items with an estimated cost of 1.761 million PKR, while Lot No. 02 involves the procurement of office equipment estimated at 1.956 million PKR. Interested bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the FBR and PRA and must provide a 2% bid security in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee for their respective lots. The bidding process will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Deputy Director (P&C) at the LDA Engineering Ship until the submission deadline. All technical and financial bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with a public opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
