Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Emergency Service (Rescue 1122) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids from professionally sound and financially stable firms or authorized dealers for the repair and maintenance of tyres, specifically retreading services, for its fleet of emergency vehicles. This procurement is essential for maintaining the operational readiness of the Rescue 1122 fleet across the province. The bidding process will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and must be on the Active Taxpayers List. Detailed bidding documents, specifying the quantities and technical standards required for tyre retreading, can be obtained from the Provincial Headquarters of Rescue 1122 in Lahore upon payment of a non-refundable fee. All bids must be accompanied by the prescribed bid security. Proposals must be submitted to the procurement wing by 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026, and will be opened publicly on the same day at 11:30 AM to ensure a transparent and competitive selection of service providers
