Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited in Abbottabad, KPK invites sealed bids for the construction of a PCC Road at Muchanna, Maqsood House, located in Tehsil Lora. This infrastructure project is being executed under the Ministry of Housing and Works, Government of Pakistan, specifically under the contract package number PIDCL/KPK/SAP/2025-26/01/37. The procurement is conducted following the Single Stage One Envelope method as per PPRA Rules 36(a) 2004. Eligible firms must possess a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above with relevant specialized codes, and must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax. Detailed Bills of Quantities and technical specifications are available through the online e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System platform. A bid security of 40,000 Rupees is required to be submitted with the proposal. All interested bidders must submit their applications electronically via the EPADS portal before the closing time on 24 May 2026, with bids scheduled for opening at 11:30 AM on the same day.
