Description / Scope of Work
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), as part of its Flood Recovery Programme, invites qualified and experienced firms to submit technical and financial proposals for the supply of school stationery and learning materials. This procurement initiative is designed to support educational recovery in flood-affected regions by providing essential classroom supplies and educational resources. The bidding process is conducted through the Quantum Supplier Portal, where interested bidders must register and submit all required documentation. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for May 13, 2026, via Zoom to provide clarifications on the scope of work and submission requirements. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the Quantum system no later than May 27, 2026.
