The Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids through the EPADS system for the procurement of 1.0 Ton and 1.5 Ton split type inverter air conditioning units. This tender, managed by the Local Purchases Commercial Section of the Supply Chain Management Department, is aimed at securing energy-efficient cooling solutions for airline facilities. The procurement is conducted on a Single Stage Single Sealed Envelope basis. Eligible vendors must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Interested bidders can download the bidding documents from the PIACL or PPRA websites. All proposals must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal by 10:30 AM on 25 May 2026. A bid security of 50,000 Rupees is required, and a hard copy of the original security instrument must be delivered to the PIACL Supply Chain Management building at Karachi Airport before the submission deadline.
