Description / Scope of Work
The Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the procurement of various IT equipment and specialized digital hardware for its operations. The tender is categorized into multiple lots, featuring Lot #01 which includes high-performance laptops, mid-range desktop computers, laser printers, and 5 KVA portable generators. Lot #02 focuses on the acquisition of five 55-inch interactive vertical digital kiosks equipped with Android 11 OS, capacitive touchscreen technology, and 4K resolution displays. This procurement is conducted through the EPADS system in accordance with Punjab PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and must provide an original hard copy of the bid security instrument physically to the TDCP Head Office in Johar Town. Technical and financial proposals must be authenticated and uploaded via the electronic portal. The Corporation reserves the right to evaluate the bids based on the technical specifications and delivery schedules provided in the tender documents. All electronic submissions must be finalized no later than 11:00 AM on 26 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
