Description / Scope of Work
The National Institute of Public Administration in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various facility management and medical equipment. The scope of work includes the supply and installation of one electric sliding gate system, two hydraulic road blocker systems, and a range of medical equipment such as cardiac monitors, nebulizers, BP sets, electronic weight and height machines, and adjustable patient beds. Additionally, the institute seeks to procure a solid waste management vehicle with options for electric, hybrid, or fuel-based engines. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax departments and maintain an active status on the Federal Board of Revenue's taxpayers list. A bid security equal to 2% of the total contract value must be submitted in the form of a CDR in the name of the Director General NIPA Peshawar. Technical and financial proposals must include a complete work plan and delivery schedule. All submissions must be finalized by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
