Description / Scope of Work
The Provincial Highways Division in Shaheed Benazirabad, Sindh invites sealed tenders for two significant road infrastructure projects through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). The first project involves the construction of an 80 RFT pre-stressed bridge at the road from Nhway Chhanddan Mori to connect the Majeed Keerio Mudd Bunglow road at the Commando Centre. The second project covers the Maintenance and Repair (M&R) of the road from Jan Muhammad Brohi road to Village Motal Shah. Eligible contractors and firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-5 or above with specialized codes CE-01 and CE-10. Bidders are required to submit a 5% bid security in the form of a CDR and must be active taxpayers registered with the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). Complete bidding documents and technical specifications are available via the EPADS portal. All electronic bids must be submitted by the deadline on 21 May 2026, as per the SPPRA E-Procurement submission requirements.
