Description / Scope of Work
The University of Engineering and Technology (UET) in Lahore, Punjab, invites sealed e-bids for the procurement of landscaping and horticulture materials for the Estate Office. The tender covers a wide range of items including various plants, durable water pipes, sweet soil, high-quality seeds, Korean grass for landscaping, green net rolls, and dust bins. This procurement is aimed at maintaining and enhancing the green spaces across the university campus. The bidding process is conducted via the e-PADS system in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and listed on the Active Taxpayers List. Interested suppliers can download the complete bidding documents from the UET website or the e-PADS portal. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the e-PADS system by the specified deadline of 22 May 2026. The university reserves the right to evaluate bids based on the technical specifications and commercial terms outlined in the tender documents to ensure the best value for institutional maintenance
