Description / Scope of Work
The Project Director of the 22 MW Jagran-IV Hydropower Project in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, invites sealed bids from eligible firms for the supply and installation of IT peripherals and allied office equipment. This procurement is being conducted under a Single Stage - Single Envelope bidding procedure. Interested bidders must demonstrate proof of similar work experience to be eligible. Bidding documents can be obtained from the project office at Searbean House upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 5,000 Rupees. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of 100,000 Rupees in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). The deadline for the submission of bids is 11:00 AM on 26 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day. The successful bidder will be required to provide a 10% performance security before signing the contract, ensuring the high-quality delivery of technological infrastructure for this critical energy project
