Description / Scope of Work
The International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS) at the University of Karachi, Sindh, invites sealed tenders from eligible EPADS vendors for the supply, installation, and configuration of IT equipment. This procurement is part of the 'Upgradation & Uplifting of the Existing Facilities of LEJNSIC & Foreigners Scholars Lodges' project. The bidding process is conducted on a FOR Basis using a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Interested suppliers must be registered with the Sindh Revenue Board and the Income Tax Department. Bidding documents and detailed specifications are accessible through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Bidders are required to submit an earnest money deposit equivalent to 2% of the total bid value in the form of a pay order. All bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal, and the procuring agency reserves the right to evaluate proposals based on technical and financial compliance as per the Sindh Public Procurement Rules
