Description / Scope of Work
The School Education Department in Lahore, Punjab invites expressions of interest for the position of Procurement and Contract Specialist under the Getting Results Access and Delivery of quality Education Services and System Transformation in Punjab project. This initiative is supported by the World Bank to strengthen foundational learning and advance system-wide reforms across the province. Eligible candidates must hold a Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized university. Applicants are required to have eight years of verifiable experience in the procurement of goods, works, and consulting services with national or international agencies. Professional certifications such as MCIPS, CPSM, or CSCP are highly preferred for this role. Selection will follow the World Bank Procurement Regulations for Individual Consultants. Interested individuals must submit their Curriculum Vitae along with educational and experience certificates and CNIC to the Programme Director at the PMIU-PESRP office by 5:00 PM on 25 May 2026
