Description / Scope of Work
The National Institute of Public Administration in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed tenders for the procurement of high-quality stationary and various miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-2027. The scope of this tender includes the supply of essential office materials such as paper, toners, folders, and writing instruments, as well as general store items required for the daily administrative and training operations of the institute. Interested suppliers and firms must be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and should be on the Active Taxpayers List. The bidding process will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, ensuring a transparent and competitive selection of vendors. Bidders are required to provide a bid security as specified in the tender documents along with their detailed proposals. All technical and financial bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the NIPA head office.
