Description / Scope of Work
The Buildings Division No. 1 in Multan, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the execution of various construction and maintenance works across the district. This procurement includes multiple lots focused on the rehabilitation and expansion of public facilities, including educational institutions and healthcare centers. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category for the year 2026 and possess active tax registration with both federal and provincial authorities. The scope of work covers civil infrastructure, electrical installations, and finishing works for government buildings. Bidders are required to submit their technical and financial proposals in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Tender documents, which specify the detailed scope and bill of quantities for each individual project, can be obtained from the Executive Engineer's office upon payment of the prescribed fee. All completed bid packages must be delivered to the specified office location no later than 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026, where they will be opened shortly thereafter in the presence of participating bidders or their authorized representatives.
