Description / Scope of Work
The Gomal Zam Irrigation Division in D.I.Khan, KPK invites sealed electronic bids for the construction and installation of solar-powered irrigation tube wells across various tehsils, including Prova and Daraban. This significant agricultural infrastructure project involves the drilling of boreholes, conversion into functional tube wells, and the construction of dedicated pump houses to support local farming. The procurement is divided into multiple sub-works, including specific installations at Village Kohwar and other designated sites within the district. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Irrigation Department, hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license for the current financial year in the relevant category, and be active taxpayers with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Bidding is conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) under a single-stage single-envelope procedure. All interested parties must submit a 2 percent bid security of the estimated cost. The final deadline for the electronic submission of tenders is 12:00 PM on 20 May 2026, with technical bids being opened on the same day.
