Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer of the Buildings Division in Sargodha, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the execution of multiple construction and rehabilitation projects across the district. This procurement includes several lots focused on the uplift and maintenance of public infrastructure, specifically targeting educational facilities and government administrative buildings. The scope of work involves civil construction, structural repairs, and the provision of missing facilities to ensure safe and functional environments for public service. Eligible contractors must be currently registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category for the year 2026 and possess active tax registration with the Federal Board of Revenue and the Punjab Revenue Authority. Bidders are also required to show proof of valid enlistment with the Punjab Buildings Department. Tender documents, which include the detailed bill of quantities and technical specifications for each project, can be obtained from the Executive Engineer's office upon payment of the prescribed non-refundable fee. All completed bid packages must be submitted no later than 11:30 AM on 23 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled shortly thereafter at 12:00 PM in the presence of authorized representatives
