Description / Scope of Work
The Upper Swat Forest Division in Swat, KPK invites electronic bids through the EPADS system for the development and enhancement of infrastructure under the project for newly created forest divisions. This procurement, following the Single Stage Single Envelope method, includes multiple construction lots aimed at fortifying forest conservancy and protection as per the MRS-2024 1st Bi-Annual estimates. Eligible contractors must be well-reputed and duly registered in the appropriate category with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2025-26. Additionally, bidders must maintain active registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, as well as Federal Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities. The scope of work involves civil works and infrastructure development at the Masoom Shahed Colony and surrounding areas. Detailed bidding documents and BOQs are available on the EPADS portal. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically through the portal by 12:00 PM on 25 May 2026, with the opening scheduled for 12:30 PM the same day in the presence of authorized representatives
