Description / Scope of Work
The District Council Nankana Sahib in Nankana Sahib, Punjab invites sealed bids for the construction of a nullah at Village Pacca Qila, located on Head Balloki Road. This civil works project is aimed at improving the local drainage infrastructure and carries an estimated cost of approximately 0.989 million Rupees. The procurement is being conducted through the E-PADS portal under a single-stage single-envelope bidding procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the financial year 2025-26 and must also be registered with the appropriate tax authorities. Bidders are required to submit a bid security in the form of a CDR or Pay Order from a scheduled bank. All electronic bids must be submitted via the E-PADS system by the specified deadline of 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026, after which technical and financial proposals will be processed for evaluation.
