Description / Scope of Work
The International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS) in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders from various reputable manufacturers, retailers, and distributors for the supply of laboratory equipment for the H.E.J. Research Institute of Chemistry. This procurement includes the purchase of one laboratory refrigerator and one laboratory freezer to support ongoing research activities. Interested bidders can obtain the tender documents from the Purchase Office of ICCBS during working hours upon payment of a 2,000 Rupee non-refundable fee. All technical and financial bids must be submitted in a single stage, single envelope format accompanied by a 2% bid security of the total bid value in the form of a pay order or demand draft. The deadline for the submission of bids is 19 May 2026 at 2:30 PM, after which the bids will be publicly opened at 3:00 PM on the same day in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives. All submissions must comply with the SPRA and University of Karachi procurement guidelines.
