The Export Processing Zones Authority (EPZA) in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids through the EPADS portal for the repairing of roads and patch work within the Karachi Export Processing Zone. This project is a critical infrastructure maintenance initiative aimed at improving the logistics and transport network within the zone. Eligible bidders must be experienced firms or individuals currently licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-V or above for the 2025-2026 financial year. Additionally, participants must be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, requiring both technical and financial proposals. A bid security of 2% in the form of a pay order in favor of the Export Processing Zones Authority is mandatory. The scope of work includes asphalt surfacing, road kerb installation, and patch repairs to be conducted under specific conditions, including night and weekend shifts. All electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS by 11:30 AM on 25 May 2026, followed by a public opening at 12:00 Noon
