Description / Scope of Work
The Wildlife Department of Sargodha Region in Sargodha, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various feed items and the general maintenance of wildlife kept at various parks and zoos within the region. This procurement includes the supply of fresh fodder, meat, fruits, and specialized grains required for different animal species, as well as the provision of services for the upkeep of cages and enclosures. Interested contractors and registered suppliers must obtain the tender documents from the office of the Deputy Director Wildlife Sargodha upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee. Bidders are required to submit their technical and financial proposals along with a 2% bid security of the total estimated value. The deadline for the submission of bids is 20 May 2026 at 11:00 AM, with the bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of the committee and bidders.
