Description / Scope of Work
The Chaklala Cantonment Board in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed tenders from approved and PEC-registered contractors for various development and maintenance works within the cantonment limits. The scope of work includes the rehabilitation of roads, improvement of sewerage systems, and the maintenance of public buildings and streetlights. This project aims to enhance the civic infrastructure and service delivery for the residents of the Chaklala area. Eligible firms must possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council and be active on the Federal Board of Revenue's list of taxpayers. Detailed bidding documents containing the specific terms, conditions, and technical specifications for each work category are available at the Board's office during working hours. Bids must be submitted in a single-stage, one-envelope format, accompanied by the required earnest money in the form of a call deposit. All completed proposals must reach the Cantonment Executive Officer by 11:30 AM on 28 May 2026, where they will be publicly opened in the presence of participating contractors.
