Description / Scope of Work
The Project Director for the Establishment of Center of Excellence for Special Children with Autism in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed bids for a comprehensive turnkey project. This initiative involves the provision and installation of a 20KW solar energy system, IT and electronic equipment, and specialized development tools for play areas. Additionally, the scope covers occupational and speech therapy toys, testing materials, and early learning resources designed for children with autism. Well-reputed manufacturers and authorized dealers registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority are eligible to participate. The procurement follows the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules. Detailed bidding documents are available via the EPADS portal and the official departmental website. All proposals must be submitted electronically by 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026. This project represents a significant government effort to provide state-of-the-art therapeutic and educational facilities for special children in the region.
