Description / Scope of Work
The International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders for the supply, installation, and configuration of IT equipment for the LEJNSIC. This project is part of the larger initiative for the upgradation and uplifting of existing facilities at the LEJNSIC and Foreigners Scholars Lodges. The procurement follows a single-stage, one-envelope procedure on a FOR basis. Interested vendors and suppliers must be registered with the Sindh Revenue Board and the relevant income tax departments. All bidding processes, including the issuance and submission of documents, are conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Bidders are required to submit their signed and stamped documents along with the necessary earnest money via the portal. The submission deadline is set for 11:30 AM on 26 May 2026, with the formal opening of tenders scheduled for 12:00 Noon on the same day through the EPADS system.
