Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) in Jhelum, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the procurement of diverse administrative and operational items for the financial year 2025-2026. The scope of this tender includes printing charges for judicial forms and registers, the supply of uniforms and protective clothing for staff, cost of general store items, and various IT equipment. This procurement is aimed at supporting the administrative efficiency of the Civil Courts in Jhelum. Eligible bidders must be well-reputed, financially stable firms with proven experience in these specific fields. Requirements for participation include active registration with the Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) departments, as well as being current with Professional Tax payments. The bidding process is conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested parties must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically through the EPADS portal.
