Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) in Jhelum, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the procurement of administrative and operational supplies for the financial year 2025-2026. The scope of this tender includes printing charges for judicial registers and forms, the supply of uniforms and protective clothing for staff, general store items, and various IT equipment. This procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and aims to ensure efficient court operations. Well-reputed and financially stable firms with specialized experience in these fields are eligible to participate. Bidders must be registered with the FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, as well as the Punjab Revenue Authority, and must maintain an active taxpayer status. Participation is restricted to the electronic Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS). Interested contractors must upload their technical and financial proposals via the portal no later than 11:00 AM on 23 May 2026. Bids will be formally opened at 11:30 AM on 25 May 2026 at the Civil Courts complex in Jhelum.
