Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA) in Gujranwala, Punjab invites sealed bids for various development and maintenance works within the Gujranwala Division. These projects encompass a wide range of infrastructure improvements, including the construction of road networks, installation of water supply systems, and sewerage works in designated housing schemes. Eligible contractors who are registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and the PHATA department for the current financial year are encouraged to apply. Detailed tender documents, including bill of quantities and technical specifications, can be obtained from the office of the Deputy Director PHATA Gujranwala upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee for each respective lot. Bidders must provide a bid security in the form of a CDR as per the percentage specified for each project. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted no later than 11:30 AM on 23 May 2026, with the official opening of bids scheduled for 12:00 PM on the same day. This procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 to ensure maximum transparency and competitive standards.
