Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Housing & Town Planning Agency in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the hiring of professional services to manage revenue recovery across various housing colonies and schemes. This project is aimed at improving the efficiency of collection for outstanding dues and recurring revenue within the jurisdiction of PHATA Sub-Regions including Lahore, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Sargodha, Multan, Sahiwal, Bahawalpur, and D.G. Khan. Eligible firms or service providers must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and possess a proven track record in financial management or recovery services. The procurement follows a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules. Detailed bidding documents, including specific terms of reference and evaluation criteria, can be obtained from the office of the Director General, PHATA. Completed technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately to the designated office. All bids must be delivered by 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026, and the technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of the bidders' representatives.
