Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA) in Chiniot, Punjab invites sealed bids for comprehensive external development works at the PHATA Housing Scheme situated on Jhang Road. This significant infrastructure project involves the construction and rehabilitation of vital services, including the sewerage system, water supply network, and the development of internal road structures within the housing colony. The project is designed to enhance the living standards of residents by providing robust and sustainable civil utility services. Interested contractors must be pre-qualified with PHATA or registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the current financial year. Bidding documents, which detail the technical specifications, bill of quantities, and terms of reference, can be obtained from the office of the Deputy Director during working hours. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted in accordance with the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Completed bid packages must be delivered to the PHATA office no later than 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026, where they will be opened in the presence of attending bidders or their representatives.
