Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Rahim Yar Khan, invites sealed bids for the hiring of services related to surveillance and security for upcoming major events including Muharram-ul-Haram and Youm-e-Ali for the financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27. The scope of work includes the provision and installation of CCTV cameras, surveillance equipment, walkthrough gates, and other security infrastructure across all tehsils of District Rahim Yar Khan. This procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) following the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the FBR and PRA for Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. A bid security of 3% of the estimated cost is mandatory. Detailed bidding documents and technical specifications are available on the EPADS portal. Electronic proposals must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 23 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled for opening at 11:30 AM on the same day in the committee room of the Deputy Commissioner’s office.
