Description / Scope of Work
The Development Communication Project (DCP) under the Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives in Islamabad, Federal Government invites applications for pre-qualification from reputable service providers for the 2025-26 and 2026-27 financial years. The procurement scope includes two primary categories: Event Management Services and Digital Campaigns, which encompass video, film, and documentary production as well as creative services. Interested firms must be registered with the FBR as active Income Tax and Sales Tax payers to be eligible for consideration. Electronic pre-qualification documents containing detailed requirements and terms are available on the EPADS and PPRA websites. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal no later than 02:30 PM on 25 May 2026. Manual bids will not be accepted. The electronic proposals will be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM. This process is conducted in accordance with Rule-48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, ensuring a transparent selection of qualified vendors for national development communication initiatives.
