Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Mint Lahore, under the Ministry of Finance, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids for the procurement of Pure Aluminum Ingots for the financial year 2025-2026. The bidding process is conducted via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) following the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with the FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax, as well as with the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). The required completion period for the supply is 10 days from the issuance of the order. Bidders are required to submit a bid security in the form of a CDR, Bank Cheque, or Bank Guarantee in favor of the Director General, Pakistan Mint Lahore. A filled hard copy of the bidding documents must also be submitted to the Pakistan Mint before the bid closing time. Technical specifications, including the required purity and dimensions of the ingots, are detailed in the bidding documents available on EPADS. Electronic bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 21 May 2026, and the public opening of bids will take place at 10:30 AM on the same day.
