Description / Scope of Work
The Prime Minister Secretariat in Muzaffarabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders from registered firms and suppliers for the procurement of high-end photography and multimedia equipment. The camera requirements include a Nikon Z6II Full-Frame Mirrorless body, Nikon NIKKOR Z 24-70mm F/2.8 S Lens, V1N TTL Round Head Flash, and essential accessories like memory cards and professional bags. Additionally, the secretariat is seeking a high-performance multimedia projector with a minimum 10,000 lumens light output and DLP projection system. Bidding will follow the Single Stage - Single Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax departments and possess a valid NTN and GST number. A bid security of 100,000 Rupees in the form of a bank draft or CDR is mandatory. Completed proposals must be submitted to the Office Block No. 01, Chattar Domel, Muzaffarabad, by 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026, with the public opening scheduled for 02:00 PM on the same day.
