Description / Scope of Work
The University of Swat in Swat, KPK invites sealed bids for the procurement and installation of webcams and CCTV systems in computer labs on a turnkey basis, adhering to ETEA requirements. The scope includes 12 units of 4MP Entry Smart Dual Light Active Deterrence Network Cameras, NVR 16-line recorders supporting AI face detection and recognition, and high-definition webcams for laboratory monitoring. The project also covers essential networking components such as PoE switches, CAT-6 cabling, and LED screens for monitoring stations. Reputable firms and authorized dealers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayers List are eligible to apply. Bidding is conducted under the Single Stage - One Envelope procedure. A non-refundable tender processing fee of 4,000 Rupees and 2% earnest money in the form of a CDR are required. Proposals must be submitted to the Store Procurement Section at the University of Swat by 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026, where they will be opened at 11:30 AM.
