The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) in Sheikhupura, Punjab invites sealed tenders for multiple infrastructure development projects focusing on the construction of carpeted roads and PCC drains across various Union Councils. The scope of work includes the construction of a carpet road from Bagh Wala Graveyard to Dera Wazirabad, a road from Drain Nallah to Dera Mureed Khan in UC Jhabran, and various PCC drain and tuff tile installations in UC Wam and UC Kaloke. These projects are offered on an item-rate basis under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Engineering firms and contractors must be registered on the EPADS system and possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in Category C-5 or above. Additionally, bidders must have active taxpayer status with both the FBR and PRA. Bid security amounts range from approximately 1.4 million to 2.4 million Rupees depending on the specific lot. The deadline for electronic submission through the EPADS portal is 10:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with technical bids scheduled for opening at 10:30 AM on the same day.
