Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government and Rural Development Department in Swat, KPK invites sealed tenders for the improvement of streets through PCC pavement in VC Satal, Tehsil Bahrain. This infrastructure project is being carried out under the MRS-2025 (1st Bi-Annual) guidelines and follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure as per KPPRA Rules. The estimated cost for the work is approximately 0.980 million Rupees. Eligible government contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), the Local Council Board, and KPPRA, and must be enlisted with the C&W Department for the current financial year. Bidders are also required to maintain an active tax filer status with the FBR and KPRA. A bid security of 2% (19,600 Rupees) must be provided with the application. Bidding documents and BOQs are available for download via the EPADS website. Interested parties must submit their sealed tender forms through the EPADS system by 12:00 PM on 25 May 2026, after which the bids will be opened at 12:30 PM.
