Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency in Faisalabad, Punjab invites technical and financial proposals for the establishment of a High Rise Housing Scheme Phase-I. This landmark residential project is located at Chak No. 208/RB, Canal Road, on a significant land area of 131 kanals. The development is being executed under a Joint Venture model as per the PHATA JV Policy of 2022. The scope of work involves the comprehensive design, construction, and management of high-rise residential units aimed at modernizing urban living in the region. Eligible developers and firms must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and possess a proven track record in large-scale housing developments. The selection will follow a competitive bidding process to ensure high standards of quality and infrastructure. Detailed bidding documents and eligibility criteria are available through the PHATA regional office. Technical and financial bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes to the Director PHATA Faisalabad no later than 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026.
