Annual Framework Contract for Procurement of IT, Machinery, and Office Supplies

The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Gujrat, invites sealed bids for an Annual Framework Contract for the financial year 2025-26. The procurement is divided into multiple lots, including IT equipment, machinery, office stationery, printing and publications, computer stationery, and general store items. Well-reputed firms, authorized distributors, and dealers with relevant experience are eligible to apply. Bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax, Income Tax, and Professional Tax departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. The bidding process follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and is accessible via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS).
