The Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Gujrat, invites sealed bids for an Annual Framework Contract for the financial year 2025-26. The procurement is divided into multiple lots, including IT equipment, machinery, office stationery, printing and publications, computer stationery, and general store items. Well-reputed firms, authorized distributors, and dealers with relevant experience are eligible to apply. Bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax, Income Tax, and Professional Tax departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. The bidding process follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and is accessible via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). A mandatory bid security of 5% of the estimated cost for each lot must be submitted in the form of a CDR or Bank Draft. Successful bidders will be required to deliver items within 15 days of the issuance of a supply order and provide a one-year warranty with free replacement and maintenance.
