The Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids through the E-PADS portal for the annual supply of instant milk powder in 800gm to 1000gm pouches for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is intended for the airline's flight kitchen section and will be conducted on a Single Stage Two Sealed Envelope basis, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Interested bidders must be renowned vendors with proven eligibility as per the standard bidding documents. A non-refundable tender cost of 20,000 Rupees and an earnest money deposit of 250,000 Rupees in the form of a pay order must be included with the technical submission.
