Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan International Airlines in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders from reputable IT firms and authorized distributors for the supply and delivery of various computing equipment and peripherals. This procurement project is designed to upgrade the existing hardware infrastructure at the PIA Head Office and various regional offices to enhance operational efficiency. The scope of the tender includes the procurement of high-performance laptops, laser printers, scanners, and assorted computer accessories. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and must be included in the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Technical and financial proposals must be prepared in accordance with the specifications provided in the bidding documents, which can be collected from the office of the General Manager Procurement at the PIA Supply Chain Management department. The bidding process will follow a single-stage, two-envelope procedure. All completed tenders must be submitted no later than 10:30 AM on 20 May 2026, and technical bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day in the presence of attending bidders.
