Description / Scope of Work
The Social Welfare & Women Empowerment Department in Dir Upper, KPK invites sealed tenders from registered firms and authorized dealers for the supply of high-quality raw materials required for various Industrial Training Centers (ITCs) in the region. The procurement includes a wide range of materials such as fabrics, embroidery threads, sewing machine accessories, and other vocational training supplies necessary for women's skill development programs. These materials are essential for ensuring the continued operation of training facilities that empower local women through technical education. Interested bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the FBR and KPRA, and must provide evidence of their financial stability and previous experience in similar supplies. Detailed bidding documents containing the list of items, required quantities, and technical specifications can be obtained from the office of the District Social Welfare Officer during official working hours. All bids must be prepared according to the KPPRA rules and submitted in sealed envelopes to the department office no later than 11:00 AM on 28 May 2026, where they will be opened on the same day in the presence of the procurement committee.
