The Lahore Waste Management Company in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the supply and installation of air conditioning units at the LWMC Head Office located at Shaheen Complex. This government procurement follows a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure to ensure technical compliance and financial transparency. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities with a minimum of one year of active status and must not be blacklisted by PPRA or any government entity. The scope of work includes the delivery, mounting, and testing of units as per the detailed technical specifications provided in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to submit a 2% bid security of the estimated price in the form of a CDR. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal or as specified in the tender notice by 11:00 AM on 20 May 2026.
